Dear HarmonySite administrator,
Over the next few weeks, we will be REMOVING all temporary website addresses, the ones that are in the form [YOURSITE].harmonysite.com (e.g. prestigechoir.harmonysite.com). NOTE: These will ONLY be removed if your regular domain name (e.g. prestigechoir.com) is already connected to your HarmonySite and is working fine. To be clear, if your [YOURSITE].harmonysite.com address is the ONLY way you can currently access your HarmonySite, then that address will NOT be removed.
Don’t worry: If your group is still trialling your HarmonySite, or you have not yet connected your regular domain name to your HarmonySite (for whatever reason), then we won't be touching your system, and you can safely ignore this message.
In other words, this email really should not affect you at all!
I say "should" because there's a chance that some of your members may still be (incorrectly) using that temporary address to access your HarmonySite, when they should ALWAYS be accessing it via your regular domain name. Now might be a good idea to email your members, reminding them of the correct address of your HarmonySite (your regular domain name).
This also applies to the APP (if your group is using it). If any of your members have connected their App to [YOURSITE].harmonysite.com, then after we remove that temporary address, the app won't work properly for them, and they will need to manually remove your HarmonySite from their App, and re-add it using the correct address.
